The following utilities are paid: water, sewer, electric, trash removal, gas for $75.00 additionally; patio area for tenant use, limited access entry, tenant lounges each floor, on site laundry rooms, security cameras in common areas & grounds, fire monitored 24/7, sprinkler system for the complex. We accept Section 8, HUD-VASH, & SSVF programs. Our pet fee is 200.00 per dog and 100.00 per cat. We have a two pet limit per apartment and a 45 pound weight limit per dog.
